Crooked River Beer Shop is a licensed beer shop with indoor drink-in seating in the centre of Cockermouth and dogs are welcome inside for the whole visit. You can browse the bottle selection, pull up a chair and settle in with your dog under the table while the team pours from the bar.

The venue sits on Market Place, making it a handy town-centre stop for a drink with your dog after exploring the streets or before heading home. It's open Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 1pm to 7pm and Friday to Saturday from 1pm to 8.30pm.

The indoor space works for drink-in visits, so your under-table supervisor can stay on duty while you enjoy a pint or something from the retail range. It's the sort of place where you can keep both the dog and the beer close at hand.
