Hillier Garden Centre Chichester sits on the Bosham side of the city, a reliable destination for plants, homeware and a browse with the dog. Dogs are welcome inside the garden centre itself, so you can tackle the trolley while they keep an eye on the bagged compost. Free parking takes the sting out of hauling terracotta.

The café serves food and drink throughout the day, with outdoor seating where all dogs are welcome. Indoor restaurant areas are restricted to assistance dogs only, so alfresco is the default plan if the whole group wants to settle in over coffee.

It's a practical stop for Chichester and West Sussex coastal visitors, especially when the weather holds and you can make the most of the outdoor tables. Broad retail range, easy access and a dog-friendly welcome that makes it worth the journey from town.
