Little Monster Tap is a compact micropub in Chichester's Hornet area, run by Little Monster Brewing. Dogs are welcome inside the taproom, so the whole group can settle in together without having to shuffle between pavement duty and the bar. The focus here is craft beer, with a rotating selection on tap and a small-space, no-frills atmosphere.

It's open Tuesday to Thursday from 4 p.m., Friday from 2 p.m., Saturday from noon and Sunday from 2 p.m. Closed Mondays. That straightforward access is the detail that turns a quick drink or meal into a genuine break for the whole group.

The venue sits very centrally for exploring The Hornet and the short walk back to North Street. It's a straightforward stop for beer-focused visitors moving around the city centre with a dog in tow. That simple inclusion is especially useful when the weather turns or the day needs a proper sit-down pause.
