Outgate Inn

The Outgate Inn is a dog-friendly pub near Ambleside, tucked away in the quieter lanes between Hawkshead and the Tarn Hows route. Dogs are welcome inside, so nobody needs to do the pavement-waiting shuffle while the rest of the group gets settled.
