The Lounge & Garden is a dog-friendly café on Hatter Street in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, where dogs are welcome inside for coffee, brunch or lunch. That straightforward access is the detail that turns a quick drink or meal into a genuine break for the whole group.

It's a popular central stop for walkers exploring the town or visiting the Abbey Gardens and the indoor seating means you can settle in together whatever the weather. The menu runs from breakfast through to light lunches and your dog can join you at the table while you eat. Free dog treats are on offer, so there's something in it for the four-legged member of the party too.

Open Monday to Friday 9am–4pm, Saturday 8:30am–5pm and Sunday 9:30am–4pm, it's a handy spot for a mid-morning break or a leisurely lunch with your dog by your side.
