The Ship Solva is a dog-friendly pub on the edge of St Davids, close to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the working harbour at Solva. Dogs are welcome inside, including in the dining areas, so you can eat lunch or dinner without leaving your table supervisor outside. Food is served Wednesday to Saturday lunchtimes and Tuesday to Saturday evenings, plus Sunday lunch.
The pub opens daily from midday except Monday, when it opens at 3pm. It's a solid stop for walkers using the coast path or exploring the harbour. That straightforward access is the detail that turns a quick drink or meal into a genuine break for the whole group.
The Ship Solva suits visitors who want a pub meal with the dog still on duty. There's no confirmed on-site parking, but it's a useful coastal refuelling point when you've both earned a sit-down.
