HUMMINGBIRD started out as an exciting cocktail pop up company based in Northumberland. With rapid organic growth the business moved in to Harriet, a converted vintage Rice trailer, from there we soon moved in to Hummingbird Amble, a continental style cafe bar but there was always something else coming, something we always wanted to do, something that would bring Hummingbird into your home! Hummingbird Drinks was born!

We believe in quality! And quality was the key to our business. We source the best ingredients from local, national and international suppliers to bring you bar quality cocktails to the comfort of your home or business. With the power of some of the best ingredients we could find, comes the strength. All our cocktails come with quality and strength you would expect from a bar. Our drinks start from around 19.5% ABV and work their way up from there!
