The Windmill

The Windmill is a focal point of the local community around what is now known as the “northern quarter” of Lord Street. Serving traditional freshly prepared pub classics, ever changing cask marque accredited real ales, with a fine selections of beers wines and spirits to suit all tastes.

We are lucky enough to be home to four darts teams and two pool teams who help make our pub a local hub, together with our live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday we are a favourite of musicians and artists.

Everyone is welcome at The Windmill, we welcome children and well behaved dogs. Free Wifi is available throughout plus daily newspapers for those who like paper and ink. Located close to the Waterfront Theatre The Windmill is a perfect place for a quick bite to eat before the many concerts and events they have.
