The Blue Bell The Blue Bell is York's smallest Public House. It is Grade II* Listed and its untouched Edwardian decor is the oldest in the city. Strict House Rules have been in place since 1903 and no groups are allowed. It's a proper pub, for proper pub people. We are dog friendly!
