200° Coffee in Lincoln is a speciality coffee shop on Sincil Street in the Cornhill Quarter, where hand-roasted beans meet barista skill and dogs are welcome inside. Whether you're after a quick takeaway for the walk into town or claiming a table for a proper sit-down, your dog can join you for the whole experience—judging shoes, scoring latte art, and silently campaigning for treats.
There's a lovely sense of old building energy with little corners that feel made for post-walk debriefs and pocket-treat negotiations. The courtyard offers fresh air when the weather behaves, and the coffee know-how here runs deep, so even your "I'll have whatever" order feels oddly sophisticated. Open Monday to Saturday 7:30am-6pm and Sunday 9am-5pm, with fresh cakes, pastries and sandwiches available throughout the day.
Come for the espresso. Stay because your dog has appointed you both unofficial neighbourhood supervisors, on duty until the last sip.
Good to know:

Dog Policy:
Dogs are welcome inside on leads, so nobody needs to do the pavement-waiting shuffle. Water is available, and the occasional puppaccino has been known to appear for particularly persuasive paws.
