21 East Coffee

21 East Coffee Co is one of those places where the coffee is very much the main event. It’s a small, family-run barista coffee spot on Regent Road, known for doing things a little differently — including using its own exclusive Brazilian coffee bean and serving up drinks you don’t tend to find everywhere.

Alongside the coffee, there’s a full line-up of treats to pull you in — fresh cakes (including some gluten-free options), hot donuts, paninis and toasties, plus ice cream, sundaes, and their standout ice cream latte.

It’s the kind of place you stop for a coffee and end up debating whether to add something sweet… and usually giving in. A great little reset spot right in the middle of a Great Yarmouth wander.
