Aysgarth Falls Cafe is a dog-friendly cafe tucked beside one of the Dales' most popular waterfall sites and dogs are welcome inside while you eat. It's a handy stop between Hawes and Leyburn, serving breakfast, lunch and cakes to walkers, visitors and anyone who needs a proper sit-down with their dog after a morning on the fells.

The cafe operates Thursday to Sunday, with breakfast and lunch served through the day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and a shorter morning slot on Thursdays. The menu includes dog dinner bowls and treats, so your dog can join in while you tuck into a toastie or a slice of cake.

It's the sort of place that works for quick refuelling or a longer break, especially if you've been exploring Aysgarth and need somewhere your dog can stretch out under the table. The whole group stays together and no one has to wait outside in the rain.
