Days Out Are For Dogs Too
Aysgarth Falls National Park Visitor Centre

Indoor Welcome Last Verified:

Aysgarth Falls National Park Visitor Centre sits near Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales, offering direct access to the famous waterfalls alongside on-site parking at the National Park car park. Dogs are welcome to join the outdoor visit, making it an easy half-day outing for those who plan routes around the four-legged member of the group.
The centre opens daily from 10am to 5pm and serves as the gateway to the falls themselves, where paths lead down through woodland to the stepped cascades. Outdoor seating is available at the on-site cafe, so you can settle in with a drink while your dog keeps an eye on the river traffic.
It's a proper waterfall destination rather than a quick photo stop, with enough to fill a morning or afternoon. The car park means no juggling bags, leads and boot changes on a verge and the falls provide the scenery while the dog provides the excuse to visit.
