Babbacombe Model Village is a miniature landscape attraction set in extensive gardens near Torquay, where intricate scenes and landscaping make for a substantial day out. The award-winning model village sits in a dedicated gardens space with laid-out pathways and admission is paid. On-site amenities including a coffee shop and indoor displays give the whole visit shape—though these indoor areas have restrictions for dogs.

Dogs are welcome throughout the gardens and on the outdoor pathways on a short lead. There's an outdoor terrace at the coffee shop if you want to pause for a drink while your dog gets a break. The model village is properly set up for a full visit: you can wander the gardens, take your time with the miniatures and spend real time on the grounds without feeling rushed.

For well-behaved dogs, the gardens offer plenty of space to potter and sniff while staying on the designated routes. Keep your dog close on the lead, clean up after them and stick to the pathways—that's the deal.
