Baddesley Clinton

Baddesley Clinton is a moated medieval manor house set in 150 acres of National Trust estate near Warwick. Dogs on leads are welcome to explore the car park, public footpaths across the parkland and woodland and the barnyard area. The historic house, formal gardens and restaurant are assistance-dogs-only, so this is one for owners who enjoy a good estate walk with a bit of architecture to admire from the outside.

The estate footpaths give you proper walking options through woodland and open ground and livestock are present in places so keep your dog close. The barnyard includes the visitor reception, café and shop and while ordinary dogs can pass through into the barnyard on leads, the restaurant itself remains off-limits for pets.

It's a worthwhile half-day or full-day visit if you're after fresh air and history without needing to bring your dog into every building. Free parking is available a short walk from the property and the estate is open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
