Ben's Crib Box Cafe is a compact breakfast and lunch spot on South Quay in the heart of Padstow and dogs are welcome inside. Open daily from 8am to 2:30pm, it's the sort of place you can slip into mid-morning for a proper breakfast or a midday sandwich without having to leave your dog tied up outside.

The cafe serves food all day until 2:30pm, so whether you're fuelling up before a harbour walk or refuelling after one, the timing works. Indoor seating means you and your dog can settle in together, even when the weather turns.

It's handy for the station-house end of town and the harbour-side wander, making it a useful pit stop when you're exploring Padstow's quays with a dog in tow. No fuss, just a friendly cafe that lets you bring your dog along.
