Bicclescombe Mill Tea Room is basically a reward station at the end of a lovely dog walk, and your dog knows it. Set by the park in a historic mill, it’s a cosy pit stop for coffee, cake, and that “we earned this” feeling after stomping around with a lead in one hand and a treat pouch in the other. It’s especially good when the weather does its classic Devon mood swing and everyone suddenly needs shelter and a hot drink.
