Bicclescombe Mill Tea Room in Ilfracombe is basically a reward station at the end of a lovely dog walk, and your dog knows it. Set by the park in a historic mill, it's a cosy pit stop for coffee, cake, and that "we earned this" feeling after stomping around with a lead in one hand and a treat pouch in the other. Dogs are welcome inside, so nobody needs to do the pavement-waiting shuffle.

It's especially good when the weather does its classic Devon mood swing and everyone suddenly needs shelter and a hot drink. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and plenty of reasons to linger just long enough for your dog to dry off and settle.

Ideal for a calm break before you head back out for more sea air and sniff-based sightseeing.

Good to know:

Water bowls available

Treats available

Doggy Menu available

Dog Policy:

Well-behaved dogs are welcome inside, so nobody needs to wait outside. Just keep them on a lead while you both enjoy the post-walk cake.
