The Birdcage is an independent pub on the east side of Lincoln city centre, close to Baggholme Road and useful for visitors exploring this part of town. Dogs are welcome inside on leads, so the whole group can settle in together over proper pub food and a pint.

The atmosphere is relaxed and dog-friendly throughout, with food served in the same areas where your dog can join you. It's the kind of spot where you can shake off a walk around the city without splitting up or leaving anyone outside.

Opening hours vary through the week, with Monday starting at 2pm and the weekend running from noon until midnight on Friday and Saturday. The pub describes itself as very dog-friendly and the welcome extends to all well-behaved dogs on leads.
