Blueprint Coffee & Books is an independent café and bookshop on Oxford Street in Whitstable, a short walk from the station end of the town centre. Dogs are welcome inside, so everyone can settle in together — no pavement waiting, no splitting up, just a flat white and a browse with your dog beside the table.
The atmosphere is relaxed and book-loving, with a curated selection of titles alongside gifts, cards and a coffee and cake counter. It's the kind of stop that earns its keep on a slow Whitstable morning or when a long walk round town has left everyone in need of a sit-down and something good.
Open Monday and Wednesday to Saturday from 9am, Sunday from 9.30am and closed on Tuesdays. Indoor seating is dog-friendly throughout, which makes it a reliable wet-weather option as well as a fine-weather one.
