Boaters Bar is a lakeside pub on Glebe Road in Bowness-on-Windermere and dogs are welcome inside throughout the bar and dining areas. It's a popular stop for families, locals and visitors exploring the marina and waterfront, serving craft beer, cocktails and a pizza-led menu.

Food is served daily, with breakfast available from 10am to midday and hot food running through until 8pm or 9pm depending on the day. The bar opens at 10am every day, staying open until 10pm Sunday to Thursday and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Dog treats are available if your four-footer has earned a reward. The location makes it a handy refuelling spot after lakeside walks around the quay and Glebe Road and the indoor dog-friendly policy means the whole group can settle in without anyone drawing the short straw for pavement duty.
