The Boot Inn is a proper local pub in Weymouth with all the familiar comforts: cask ales, a beer garden, a fireplace, and the easygoing feel of somewhere built for catch-ups and unhurried pints. Dogs are welcome inside, which makes it a handy stop when the day's walk still includes one muddy set of paws.

Inside, the atmosphere leans classic and sociable rather than polished and fussy, with darts and plenty of room to settle in. It's the kind of place where one drink can easily become two, mostly because everyone has gone pleasantly horizontal and nobody is keen to move.

The beer garden adds useful outdoor space when the weather plays along, and the fireplace makes wet-weather visits feel properly settled. A dog-friendly Weymouth pub where paws and pints share the same easy rhythm.

Dog Policy:

Dogs are welcome inside the pub. Muddy paws are part of the package, but polite pub behaviour still applies and nobody needs a dramatic lead tangle by the darts.
