The kitchen runs split shifts Monday to Thursday and extends to later service on Friday and Saturday evenings, with Sunday lunch stretching through to 8pm. Brecon Tap opens from midday most days, with earlier weekend starts and stays open until 11pm on weekdays, midnight on Friday and Saturday and 10pm on Sunday. It's a practical stop for town visitors, walkers coming off the hills and anyone whose plans involve keeping dog and pint in the same room.
