The Brewers Arms is a busy town-centre pub on Cricklade Street in Cirencester, where dogs are welcome inside the bar. It's an Arkell's house with a welcoming main bar and the sort of practical, no-fuss layout that works when you've got a dog, a pint and nowhere in particular to be.

Open daily from 2 pm until 11 pm, it's a useful stop on a walk through town or a straightforward spot to settle in with your dog after exploring the Cotswold capital. The dog-friendly area is limited to the bar, so dining areas remain separate.

Nobody has to volunteer for pavement duty here and the central location on Cricklade Street makes it easy to fold into a longer dog day without doubling back. Just a classic town pub that happens to welcome the whole group.
