That’s our way of flagging the places that go further — beyond “dogs allowed”, with a genuinely warm welcome for dogs inside.

Right out on the pier, this is less “quiet pint in the corner” and more “you came for a drink and accidentally stayed for a full seaside experience.” Expect arcades, live shows, flashing lights, and that constant hum of the Golden Mile in full swing.

There’s a bar area where you can grab a drink and soak it all in, with sea views doing their best to compete with the chaos behind you. It’s a proper holiday stop-off, especially if you’re already wandering the promenade and want somewhere easy, central, and very much in the middle of everything.

Dogs here aren’t the headline act, but they can absolutely be part of the scene. It’s one of those places where your dog becomes a spectator to humanity… and possibly judges everyone silently.

Dog Policy:

Dogs are generally welcome on the pier and in bar areas. It’s a busy, high-energy spot with crowds, noise, flashing lights, and the occasional rogue chip hitting the floor.

Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times — partly for safety, partly to prevent them joining the arcade queue uninvited.
