Café au Chocolat is a friendly independent café tucked down a side street in central Stamford, serving coffee, crepes and cake in a relaxed indoor setting. Dogs are welcome inside, so you can settle in together without the juggle of outdoor seating or a dash back to the car.
The café brings water bowls for visiting dogs and the atmosphere is welcoming for two- and four-legged customers alike. Open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, it's a handy stop whether you're starting the day or breaking up a wander around Stamford's historic streets.
