Cantref Adventure Farm is a large family attraction three miles outside Brecon where dogs are explicitly welcome on site. Set across a proper working farm, the venue offers a full day out with outdoor play areas, animal shows, seasonal rides and indoor soft-play zones, so there's plenty to explore while the dog takes in the farmyard air.
Dogs must stay on a lead at all times and can't enter animal enclosures, but they're free to join you across the rest of the farm grounds. It's the sort of place where tangled leads and curious sniffing come with the territory and pre-booking your tickets online is required before you visit.
The farm operates seasonal opening hours, with Saturday sessions running from 10:30am to 5pm when open. Cantref is a genuine adventure-farm day out where the whole family, dog included, can spend a proper few hours together.
