That’s our way of flagging the places that go further — beyond “dogs allowed”, with a genuinely warm welcome for dogs inside.

Cosy Club Oxford is built for those longer, more theatrical meals where breakfast can blur into brunch, lunch can slide towards cocktails, and nobody is in a hurry to call time. Right in the heart of the city on Cornmarket Street, it leans into all-day dining with breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, cocktails and Sunday roast.
The interiors are characterful and plush, and the venue adds extra personality with The Treasury, a private dining room set in what used to be part of a bank vault, complete with original panelling and stained glass. It's polished without being stiff, which is a very useful sweet spot. A strong central Oxford option for everything from casual catch-ups to slightly grander “let’s make an event of it” meals.
Good to know:
Water bowls available
Treats available
Doggy Menu available
Dog Policy:
Dogs are welcome in the bar area, so brunch, cocktails and dramatic interiors do not have to become a humans-only subplot. Bar tables are first come, first served, so arrive with good timing, good manners and a dog ready to charm the room quietly.
