Crocus Café is a long-running community café in Lenton, just west of Nottingham city centre, serving breakfast favourites and café classics through the day and hot evening food Thursday to Saturday. Dogs are welcome inside for the whole visit, so everyone can settle in together whether you're stopping for morning coffee or a proper evening meal.
The café opens Wednesday to Sunday, with late opening until 10pm Thursday through Saturday and a relaxed daytime finish on Wednesday and Sunday. It's a warm, unpretentious space where dogs are genuinely part of the furniture – the venue even keeps a dedicated dog page showing photos of visiting pups.
Crocus Café is a particularly useful stop for the university side of town, where decent sit-down food and a proper welcome for dogs aren't always easy to find in one place. No fuss, no separate zones, just a neighbourhood café that gets it.
