Darnley Coffee House is a vaulted-cellar café tucked into Stirling's Old Town, just a short walk from the castle and the historic upper streets. Dogs are welcome inside, making it a warm stop for coffee and home baking when you're exploring the cobbles with your four-paws. Open Monday to Saturday from 11:30am to 4pm and Sunday from 11:45am to 4pm, it's the sort of café where you can settle in without worrying about the lead or the weather.
The venue is praised for being exceptionally dog friendly. Your dog gets a bowl of water and free treats and the cosy atmosphere means they can relax under the table while you warm up with a flat white and a slice of something sweet.
It's a proper Old Town coffee stop, central and visitor-useful and the kind of place that understands that dogs and their people belong together. Whether you're heading up to the castle or just need a break from the wind, Darnley Coffee House delivers.
