Endsleigh Garden Centre is a large destination garden centre on the A38 near Ivybridge, about 25 miles from Dartmouth, where dogs are welcome inside the designated coffee-shop area. The extensive undercover retail space covers home, garden and plant departments and there's ample free parking on site.

The indoor coffee shop has a dog-friendly seating area, so you can keep your dog with you while you take a break. The main restaurant also offers terrace seating where dogs are welcome, giving you options depending on the weather and your plans for the day.

It's a useful stop if you're travelling between the South Hams and Plymouth, or if you're staying in the Dartmouth area and need a rainy-day destination that doesn't involve leaving the dog in the car. The combination of undercover shopping and indoor café access makes it practical for longer visits with your dog in tow.
