Exchange Coffee

Exchange Coffee is a compact, traditional coffee house on Gargrave Road in Skipton, with dogs welcome inside the upstairs café and the ground-floor roastery shop. That straightforward access is the detail that turns a quick drink or meal into a genuine break for the whole group.

The space has a hidden-gem feel, with shelves of loose-leaf teas, freshly roasted coffee and homewares adding to the cosy, pause-worthy atmosphere. Food is served Monday to Saturday from 9am to 4pm in the upstairs coffee house and the whole setup is geared towards a proper sit-down rather than a dash-and-go. The venue roasts its own beans, so the coffee comes with a bit of craft behind it.

Exchange Coffee sits just on the town edge, making it a useful stop if you're walking in from the Skipton centre or need somewhere relaxed to regroup with the dog.
