Fenton's Field

Fenton's Field is a secure dog field near Wells, offering private hire sessions for off-lead exercise and reactive-dog friendly visits. Each 50-minute booking gives you exclusive use of one of two fully fenced fields with six-foot rabbit-proof barriers, water on tap and the kind of freedom that makes sniff breaks genuinely relaxing. The fields are designed for dogs who thrive away from unexpected encounters, whether that's young pups building confidence or older dogs who prefer their space.

With two separate areas available, there's flexibility for different group sizes and energy levels. Sessions cost £8 and are booked online in advance.

Directions are provided with your booking and you'll drive through the yard to reach the field. It's about eight miles south-east of Wells town centre, making it a practical off-lead option for dog owners exploring the wider area.
