That’s our way of flagging the places that go further — beyond “dogs allowed”, with a genuinely warm welcome for dogs inside.

Right in the thick of Cambridge, the King’s Parade branch of Fitzbillies King's Parade is one of those “you’ll probably walk past it and then double back” spots. Sitting opposite King’s College, it’s less hidden and more front-row — perfect for when your wander turns into a proper pause with a view.
It’s a slightly smaller, grab-and-go-leaning version of the Fitzbillies experience, but still delivers the essentials: coffee, brunch bits, and those famous Chelsea buns that have been pulling people in for over a century. Ideal for a quick stop that can turn into a sit-down if you time it right, especially when the city is buzzing around you.
It works well as a central reset point — somewhere you can dip into mid-explore, grab something good, and take a breather without straying off route. And importantly, you can head in together, settle where there’s space, and skip the usual “wait outside” shuffle while you refuel.
