Fylde Memorial Arboretum & Community Woodland is a peaceful memorial site in Bispham, Blackpool, with young woodland planting, memorial features and a strong sense of quiet reflection. Volunteer-run and shaped around remembrance, it feels calmer and more contemplative than a standard park, with paths, trees and open space creating a gentle place to walk, pause and take in a different side of the coast.

Dogs are welcome on lead throughout, making it a thoughtful spot for a slower, quieter wander with four-legged company. The site is designed for reflection rather than off-lead play, so it suits dogs who are comfortable walking calmly alongside their humans while taking in the woodland paths and memorial spaces.

It's a useful option for dog owners looking for something gentler than the seafront bustle—somewhere to stretch paws, breathe, and spend time in a space that feels purposeful and calm.
