Glenarm Walled Garden

Glenarm Walled Garden is a formal estate garden on the Antrim coast, open daily from 10 am to 5 pm and located around twenty miles from Ballycastle. Dogs are welcome in the Walled Garden itself and throughout the Woodland Walk, making it a practical day out when you want to keep the whole group together outdoors.

Your dog must stay on a short lead at all times across the estate. They're not permitted in indoor venues including the shops, or within the Mini Land Rover course, so this is an outdoor-focused visit built around garden paths and woodland routes rather than café browsing.

The formal garden and woodland trails offer enough variety for a decent sniff-filled circuit and the short-lead rule keeps things straightforward in a managed estate setting. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy seasonal planting and established woodland without having to leave anyone in the car.
