The Guardbridge Inn is a traditional pub on the west side of St Andrews where dogs are welcome inside the bar and restaurant. It's a useful stop for anyone heading in from Leuchars or Guardbridge, especially when the whole group can settle in together over a proper meal and a drink.

Food is served Monday and Thursday to Saturday from noon until 8pm and Sunday until 7pm. The pub is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

The indoor layout is friendly and old-style, with a relaxed bar-and-restaurant feel that suits dogs who are happy to lie low while their humans take a longer break. It works well as a practical west-side option before you reach the centre of St Andrews, giving you a proper pub meal without splitting the party or leaving someone outside with the lead.
