Half Moon Bay Café is a cosy, family-run kind of stop where the view does half the work and the other half is cake. It’s proudly family and dog friendly, with those big, breath-out bay views that make windswept walks feel instantly worth it. This is a brilliant “reset point” after the promenade: warm drinks, simple comforts, and a seat where the dog can settle while you defrost your fingers and regain faith in weather forecasts. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, more “come as you are” than “pose with your latte”. If you’re chasing an easy coastal plan, do a loop by the water, pop in for something comforting, and leave with a slightly calmer household.

Good to know:

Water bowls available

Treats available

Doggy Menu available

Dog Policy:

Dogs are welcome inside. Bring your best “settle” and let the humans have their tea in peace, no dramatic sighing for cake.
