A proper castle-and-grounds day out where your dog can clock up serious sniff mileage while you soak up the history. Dogs are welcome in the gardens and grounds on a lead, but only assistance dogs can go inside the castle itself. Expect lovely views, plenty of space, and a dog water bowl waiting outside the tearoom for good hydration manners.
