Hundred Men's Hall Tearoom is a medieval hall café in south Winchester, serving tea, cake and lunch in one of the city's most atmospheric settings. Dogs are welcome inside and outdoors, so you can settle in together without leaving anyone on the pavement. The tearoom sits near St Cross, making it a natural pause after exploring the historic hospital and watermeadows.

The menu covers light lunches and classic tearoom treats and your dog can supervise the table from their usual spot beneath it. HMH reopens on 2 March 2026 after its winter closure.

Weekly opening hours are available directly from the venue. It's a useful stop for anyone combining heritage walks and a proper sit-down break with the dog. That straightforward access is the detail that turns a quick drink or meal into a genuine break for the whole group.
