Jam Jar Wine & Pinball Lounge brings something genuinely different to Scarborough’s dog-friendly scene. This relaxed Victoria Road wine bar serves quality wines, cocktails, aperitifs, beers and small plates, while its basement games room adds a playful “one more drink, one more game” energy to the evening.
Dogs are properly part of the welcome here, helped along by JD, the resident Bichon Frisé and undisputed star of the wine bar. Four-legged guests can expect water bowls, complimentary treats, plenty of fuss and even their own “Pupnot Noir” cocktail made with chicken broth and blueberries.
It is thoughtful, fun and full of personality—the kind of place that has gone beyond simply allowing dogs through the door and created something especially for them. That enthusiastic welcome is precisely what makes Jam Jar such a brilliant TDFM Recommended Place.
