Kerrera Tea Garden and Bunkhouse

Kerrera Tea Garden and Bunkhouse is a dog-friendly café on the island of Kerrera, a short ferry hop from Oban. Dogs are welcome inside the cosy indoor seating area, making it a warm retreat after exploring the island's walking routes and castle ruins. The tea garden serves food and hot drinks daily from 11am to 4pm.

The café offers a peaceful island stop for walkers heading to or from Gylen Castle and the scenic coastal paths around Kerrera. The indoor space provides shelter whatever the weather and the whole team are happy to see four-legged visitors alongside their humans. Kerrera is reached by a small passenger ferry from Gallanach Road, south of Oban.

The tea garden sits on the eastern shore, a gentle walk from the ferry slip. It's a practical refuelling spot for dog owners tackling the island circuit or simply escaping the mainland for a few hours.
