Days Out Are For Dogs Too

A handy linear green space in Skegness that gives you a quieter, more local-feeling walk away from the busier seafront rhythm. King George V Walk runs for about 1,400 metres, with a tree-lined route, hedges, dykes and a mix of tarmac and stoned footpath, so it works well for an easy leg-stretch rather than a full expedition. There is seating in the first section and limited on-street parking nearby, which helps keep it practical as well as pleasant. It is the sort of place that quietly does useful work: a bit of space, a bit of calm and a dog who gets to sniff something other than dropped chips for a change. Good for lower-key outdoor time when the day needs fresh air without much faff.
Dog Policy:
Dogs are welcome on the walk, making this an easy option for a lower-key leg-stretch away from the busier bits of town. Expect steady wandering, hedge-based sniffing and a dog pleased to be somewhere less chip-scented.
