It has a small, personal sort of feel that suits breakfast, lunch or a more relaxed daytime stop, with pastries, cakes and scones helping matters along nicely. The emphasis on home-cooked food gives it a warmer, more neighbourhood rhythm than somewhere purely style-led, and it also offers private hire for smaller gatherings. A good one for an easy meal that feels cared for rather than churned out.
