Lake View Garden Bar is a lakeside pub in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere where dogs are welcome inside. You can settle in by the fire with your dog, enjoy the cosy indoor space and let them supervise from under the table while you eat and drink.
Water bowls are provided and dogs of all shapes and sizes are welcome. The pub is open daily from 10am to 11pm and operates on a walk-in basis, so you can drop in whenever suits your lake-loop timing.
It's a quick stop from the central Bowness dog-walking routes and very close to Windermere Lake itself. This is a highly practical choice for dog owners visiting the Lakes: warm indoor space, food served where your dog can join you and the kind of easy-access lakeside location that fits neatly into a day out without the need for advance planning.
