Meet me on the Corner

Meet Me on the Corner is a dog-friendly café at Whitley Bay Golf Club, open to everyone with views over the golf course and a fully licensed menu that runs from breakfast through to lunch and afternoon catch-ups. Dogs are welcome inside, with treats kept on the bar and water bowls available, so they’re properly catered for too.

The all-day offer covers coffee, cake, breakfast plates and lunch dishes, with an extensive range of gluten-free and vegan options. Dogs can even join in with doggy sausages and puppicinos, which gives the welcome a bit more sparkle than a simple “dogs allowed” policy. The golf-course setting adds a scenic feel, and the relaxed atmosphere works well for dog owners looking for somewhere calm but not bland.
