There is a gentle, spread-out feel to the whole place, so it works brilliantly for dogs who like a mooch rather than a march.

It is the kind of day where the dog settles under a bench while you watch a steam engine roll in… then is immediately back up again because something else needs investigating. Equal parts heritage, fresh air, and low-pressure exploring.
