Monsal Trail

Monsal Trail near Bakewell is one of the Peak District's easiest crowd-pleasers, giving you a long, traffic-free route through limestone dales with tunnels, viaducts and big views that keep the walk interesting without needing a full expedition mindset. Dogs are welcome along the full trail, making it a brilliant choice for longer walks where paws can stretch and noses can work overtime.
