That’s our way of flagging the places that go further — beyond “dogs allowed”, with a genuinely warm welcome for dogs inside.

This is a “go properly off-grid for a bit” kind of place. Brockhampton is all orchards, woodland, and rolling parkland — the kind of landscape where the dog locks into a steady rhythm and you just follow along pretending it was your idea.

There’s loads of variety here without it ever feeling busy. One minute you’re under tree cover, the next you’re out in open fields with big Herefordshire views, then drifting past the moated manor like you’ve accidentally wandered into a period drama. It’s peaceful, slightly wild in places, and ideal for longer, slower wanders.

This leans firmly into walk-first territory. You can grab something from the café, but it’s an outdoor sit-down situation — so think muddy paws, fresh air, and a well-earned pause before heading back out again.

Dog Policy:

Dogs are welcome across the estate, woods and parkland, with miles of walking routes to explore, but should be kept on a lead around livestock. Dogs are not allowed inside the manor house or café areas, but can join you in outdoor seating spaces.
