Nordic Outdoor is a large specialist outdoor clothing and equipment shop on Lake Road in Keswick and dogs are welcome inside. Whether you're heading onto the fells or just stocking up on wet-weather kit, your dog can browse the aisles with you while you compare waterproofs and trail maps.

The shop is particularly useful for visitors gearing up for a Lakeland hike, with a solid range of outdoor clothing, footwear and equipment. The official Keswick store page invites you to bring your dog in to check out the Ruffwear range, so it's a practical stop for canine kit too.

You're only a couple of hundred metres from the market square and central Keswick car parks are close by on Lake Road. It's an easy walk from other town-centre shops, making it a straightforward dog-friendly errand before you hit the trails.
