Northern Lights Gallery is an independent contemporary art gallery on St John's Street in the heart of Keswick, spread across three floors and representing over 80 local and regional artists. Dogs are welcome inside, so the whole pack can browse paintings, ceramics, jewellery, prints and sculpture together without anyone waiting on the pavement.
The gallery sits just a short walk from the Moot Hall and Keswick's main shopping streets — an easy stop when you're exploring the town centre. There's a water bowl by the stairs and treats behind the counter, and the relaxed atmosphere means you can take your time working through all three floors without the usual lead-and-bag juggling act.
